My name is Kevin Wilson and I live in Chandler, AZ. I am a relatively new investor. Two friends and I started ZWS Properties, LLC with one REO purchase that we are renting out in Queen Creek. Currently we are “slowly†working on several shortsales and sending out many low ball REO offers hoping for a bite. Our goal is to either wholesale or fix and flip at below market so we only hold the property for 1-3 months.

I am looking to networking with people in this business to build the strong “Team†need to succeed. My partners and I have the drive and the education to make this work we just need the experience.
