New member in the Ottawa area
My name is Natalia and I am a kitchen and bath designer in the west-end of Ottawa.
A few weeks ago I attended a three day course from Fortune Builders in hopes that I would gain insight on how to become an investor in real estate. The weekend was packed with great tips and ideas but of course limited to basic and partial information. I have been interested in flipping houses for some time as an owner of a kitchen and bath design company. I am also a cabinet dealer for a Canadian Manufacturer as well as have several accounts set up for materials needed for renovations (at wholesale prices). My vast knowledge of building codes and requirements, materials and applications plus design makes rehabbing properties an easier task for me. I would love the opportunity to work with anyone in the Ottawa area looking for a project manager or anyone in need of renovation guidance. I also have a full team of licensed and insured Trades to implement and install all aspects of home renovations.
