new member/investor from NY
Hello everyone! New to the site but not RE investing, happy to be a part of the community and to contribute. I am a private investor with a consortium of friends/acquaintances that pool capital for the right occasion, typically look for controlling stakes. Have done condo conversions and fix/flip projects in New England and larger project real estate investing in Texas over the last 10 years. Background in finance/valuation/restructuring. Always looking for good cash flow characteristics with durability over time, pricing power, preference to stronger areas/demographics and tax efficiency... among other things. -Thad
