Hello everyone!
I am a new member interested in starting a real estate investing business. I have one successful flip under my belt as individual and would like to do more. I have a lot of free time and a strong income. I have some cash reserves but I would prefer not to tie them up in risky investments. I would like to learn more about wholesaling as a way to build initial capital.
