Hello,
I am a college student at the University of Florida, originally from Boca Raton and have been lurking the BP forums for a while and listening to the podcast, but this is my first post. I have recently become enamored with real estate and just got accepted into a combined degree program where I will receive my Masters of Science in Real Estate as well as my undergrad finance degree during my 4 years here. I have been reading up on investing a lot but still have a ton to learn and am eager to get into the game and actually purchase some property.
