Howdy BPers,
I'm a Seattle based contractor that is going to get back into real estate investing. In the past I've performed a few fix and flips, 1031 exchanges and a short buy and hold for a small apartment building development project that didn't work out. I joined BP for the tools, education and future connections I will need to be successful in REI. I look forward to meeting many of you and discovering ways we can help each other move forward.
