Hi everyone,
I recently closed on my first investment property and am now rehabbing it. It is a property I intend to rent and continue to rehab after the renters are in. I still work a full time job, but my partner works from home and she handles the day to day appointments. I'm still learning and nervous as he'll, but also very excited.
