I've been a music educator and musician for the last 10 years, in which time I've also started a music studio, as a small business. I began investing 8 years ago, and have renovated 4 houses, and acknowledge there is a great deal to learn to be successful. I'm very interested in learning about building a team and about different avenues for funding, such as hard lending and wholesale transactions. I recently finished my real estate license.
