Hello everyone!  Newbie investor from Houston Texas looking to start a profitable real estate business.  Primary interest is in flipping, but definitely looking for any guidance to help me getting started.  I'm about 1/2 way through the "The Book on Flipping Houses" by J. Scott and am very happy to see the start-up plan I have developed is very much in line with the information in the book.  :)

I have a lot to learn and welcome ANY advice!  Onward!!
