Marketing Services in San Antonio
Hey BP just wanted to get some opinions on an offer I received for marketing services. Basically the company sells leads to you that are received from there direct marketing. The way it was explained, the large benefits is having access to the established on going flow of direct marketing that one just starting out would have to work diligently to create. Other benefits are a answering service with what sounds like a pre-screening process to determine if any of these properties or individuals are good potential to pursue. Last is once you have the house under contract the house is your do with which you please, but if you need help the individual who runs this company is an experienced investor who has many connections and avenues to carry out the deal, be it a buyers list to wholesale, a list of contractors to use to renovate and flip, etc.
Has anyone had experience dealing with companies or individuals that offer something like this? If so was it successful?
