New member in Atlanta area
Hello everyone,
I'm Gabrielle and I'm new the real estate investing field. I'm interested in learning to wholesale first and move forth from there. I'm interested in connecting with other investors in the field. Any information on how to get started would be AWESOME! I've listened to various podcast as well as a lot of Flip 2 Freedom podcasts.
My main question that I would like to know is: Do you need license to complete any deals for wholesales, etc?
