New Member/Investor from Kentucky
Hello! I am a new member to BP, and a new investor in Northern Kentucky/Cincinnati Area. I have no prior real estate experience, other than my family studying and starting a REI business. I am currently in my learning curve and taking full momentum forward! I am a single mother of two beautiful children as well as aid and attendant to my uncle who is a paralyzed veteran. Building wealth is my ultimate goal. Short term goal would be to complete a deal this year using OPM. I love to learn and I am so excited to get to know everyone here in the BP community. There is so much to learn from you all. :) I hope the rest of your 2016 is very prosperous!

Welcome to BP! I am also an investor from Northern Kentucky. It is great seeingg that you have realistic goals. Likewise, I wish you the best of luck with REI.
