I am brand new at real estate. In fact I still learning. I am looking for a place to learn how to wholesale and flip houses. I have no extra money for investing and am leary of some of these online real estate sites that want hundreds of dollars to get there systems. Can I learn how to do this here on Bigger Pockets or is there a legitimate site out there where i can learn?

read Jscotts books a couple times . Read what than Merrill has written. Read the emyth books. Especially the  one  that is about real estate investing. Read all the books you have here at Bp. Educate yourself first
