New to Investing
Hello,
Tony here! I have just started to begin this year to take action of my own destiny and learn the business of Property Investing . I currently live in DC and have learned quite a lot with wholesaling and fix and flips although I have not done any deals yet. I currently have about 25K to work with but I'm hoping to grow without using any of my own cash. Depending on some of the contacts now; HML i hoping to do my first flip, if the exit strategy doesn't work than my plan B is to wholesale. I like to meet likeminded people such as yourselves here and hopefully learn the ins and outs from many of you. Thank you. Tony
