Hi everyone.   BP podcast has inspired me!  I have been reading books for years but the value this website and podcast provide is unmatched.  The Hal Elrod Miracle Morning in a short time has changed my life.  Just for this alone I owe BP tons of gratitude for that introduction.

One of the main points I have soaked in is the importance of being VALUABLE to your clients and business associates.  Other than one rental property I have I am new to RE investing.  I have been a stock broker/ financial advisor for 9 years and have developed skills that can be useful to a RE investor.  I am about to start putting up bandit signs and sending out yellow letters to generate some deal flow.  I am asking the BP community if there are any Investors on Long Island who can use a work horse that will bring them deals.  I am willing to do work and put money behind my marketing but would love to find a mentor locally who understands my market, wants deals brought to them, and could guide my efforts to be more efficient.  If not no worries, I'll just pound the pavement, find some deals and hopefully come back with some great stories for you all!  Thanks again BP...you have turned my car into a University.
