Hi everyone
My name is Paul. I invest in the Christchurch (New Zealand) market. We are 5 years post earthquake. The environment is quite unique as the market I am in is primarily uninsured properties. I pick up properties off market, fix and insure with a buy and hold strategy. I'm looking forward to chatting with other investors in this forum.
