Hello. I have been to a couple of real estate workshops and they were very informative but each one seamed like a sells pitch to get me to pay for the next bit of information and ultimately in the end I would have to pay over 20K to get the information needed to start my business. Well I am not at all from a wealthy family and I do not have that kind of money to invest in information. Although it may have been worth it. So I decided to try getting started on my own, which is how I found this website.
I am a mother of 5 and I recently lost my job because I had to start working nights, and it is hard and expensive to find child care for 5 children. And I spent so much time at work that I did not really have much time to spend with them, and that is important to me because you can not get time back and this is a precious time in their lives. They only get to be kids once and I want them to have some wonderful memories to make up for all of the time that we have lost.
So I decided that it is time to pursue my dream and that is what I hope and plan to do. I set a goal to wholesale my first house in 6 months. So if anyone has some advice, tips or just encouragement. I am very open to hear them and very ready to learn. Ultimately I want to do more than just wholesale. I have big dreams.
Also I have to do this. I tell my children that they can do and be whatever they want to in life. What better way for them to believe it than for me to show them by accomplishing my dream, even though it seams impossible (to everyone but me and my children).
