Hello everyone! I live in Eastern NC near Jacksonville. I've been a tax lien investor in the past and I have owned one foreclosure that I happened to stumble into plus my own home. I've studied some real estate, but consider myself a novice. I'm looking to get into real estate with my daughter who is a nurse. We'd like to do wholesaling to start, but we are open to other avenues of investing. Not much for cash, but I'm retired and do have time to work things out. We'd be happy to meet anyone in our area or chat with others who are not. Thank you!
