New investor from Central Jersey
Prospective investor who has been researching different markets for about a year and analyzing deals for about 4 months. Looking for long-term rentals primarily, but would also like to learn more about flips. I'm ready to put capital to work, but trying to be patient. Looking at places in Broward County Florida, where my uncle lives as well as New Jersey.

@Account Closed come down to miami and I will show you the demand for properties under 200K. We have a 1 month supply of homes on the market at that target price and next to no inventory in turn key condition...I have 10 offers on every listing we list for sale and have a variety of buyers to choose from conv, FHA, cash, hard money purchase.
