Hi Bigger Pockets!
I'm just getting started learning about real estate investing. I'm primarily interested in flipping houses in my area and am in the very early stages of learning about our local market, seeing what houses have been flipped, might be flipped and all of that. Right now bingeing on the podcast and just trying to devour as much info as possible.
