Hello, My name is Greg Garcia. I am new to the real estate investing world and I am excited to join! I recently started my own company, HG Investment Group, with goal of becoming a wholesale investor in the greater Dallas/Ft Worth area. I have spent the past several months reading as much as I can in this forum and have learned some great insight. I will also say that I am choosing not to participate in the "recession" and plan on having the best financial year of my life!
