New from the central valley. My wife Rachel and I, have four children and are living on a single income. As we are in the position to purchase a primary residence with a VA Loan we have been looking for a good deal on a multifamily home, subsidize our income. After late night searching, my brilliant wife found BP.com and we have began reading article after article about investing in real estate. I love my job, but we would love it even more to live off of real estate income. We are here to learn as much as we can and connect with investors. Glad this site exists wish I would have found it sooner.
