newbie form west palm beach, Florida
I am from West palm beach, FL. I have a professional full time job and I am interested in real estate investing. I guess my goal is to eventually work less and still have income from investing. I am brand new to this topic, i figure to start with low single or double condos/townhouse and fixed/flip. I guess the only way to learn new things is to make mistakes, and i like my initial mistakes to not be disastrous. I am renting currently and have not own any previous assets.
I hope to meet new friends in the area, trade experiences and knowledge, and ultimately able to be productive financially in the process.
