Electrical Contractor from Massachusetts

I've been in business as an electrical contractor for about 6 years, i have systems in place for my business so that it can function on its own with out my presents. That being said, I'm now just starting to look into flipping houses (haven't done any) and eventually purchasing some rental properties. I have no experience, which is making the leap into real estate investing really hard for me.

Hey @Danny Resendes

Congrats on taking that leap! I can really sympathize with you because I have no Experience in real estate myself. And I am still active duty army, so juggling real estate at times cam be difficult.

There are some real good bits of info here on the site.  I do recommend going to a local reia meeting to start networking and find investor friendly agents to start helping you find that first flip.

To give you some of my journey so far, I have really started in ernst a search for a couple rehab projects and thought I almost had one locked down. It was literally right after I had looked at it and gone home to crunch numbers again, my agent contacts me and tells me that a deal has already been accepted but they are willing to take a back up offer.

What do you think is really the biggest road block for you at this moment?
