My name is Melanie Savett from Lakeland, Florida. I am currently a certified nursing assitant, where i take care of the elderly in their homes. A couple of months ago i attended an investors seminar on flipping houses. The seminar was quite informative but didnt see the need to pay the substantially large amount of money they were inquiring to get educational support . Upon doing research about real estate an ad from biggerpockets sparked my attention so i clicked onto the link. Thats when i downloaded the app. I am completly brand new to this and am willing to gain as much as i can to make my first deal.
