Hey everyone,
I am new into real estate investing and I am from Ottawa, Ontario. I currently own a duplex and am closing on a condo on Monday. I am buying and holding real estate at the moment to create a positive monthly cashflow. My duplex pays for my mortgage and some utilities as I live on one side and have a tenant on the other. My condo should create a monthly income of between $100-300. I am interested in learning more about Canadian real estate and creative deals to obtain more cashflow properties fairly quickly. I am reading my 5th real estate investing book and have joined a group of like-minded people here in Ottawa but am always interested in meeting new people and hearing new ideas.
