New Flipper From New Jersey
Hey All
New investor/flipper here from the Jersey Shore area (working with my family). We're new to the flip game but we have many years of experience in construction (we'll be, at the very least, our own GC) and marketing/tech and we've got a cash budget to be able to move fast.
We're a few months into deciding to do a flip and we're looking at markets, doing comp-analysis/SOW/offers on properties but nothing has clicked yet. We're excited to find our first flip!
The BP community seems pretty great; we're happy to be here and look forward to all the things we'll learn and people we'll meet :)
