Newbie from Seattle, WA.
Hello, My name is Sharleen and I have recently joined the Real Estate Investing Community. I am very new to Real Estate Investing. I am also a newbie to the Greater Seattle area. We moved from down South around August of last year to Tukwila, WA.
I am looking to get started in what is known as Paper Flipping first off, then after getting more confidence and knowledge go into buy and hold and wholesaling then long term goals are to invest in Rental Properties whether that be houses or units...haven't decided yet.
