Newbie from Santa Rosa, California
Greetings BP community!
My name is Matthew Kenny and I am looking to get into the wonderful world of real estate investing. I am currently taking real estate courses at my local junior college in order to better understand this industry. I quit my job on October 31st, 2015 to work for myself full-time. I have always been a firm believer in having multiple streams of income which is what has brought me to this site. I am looking to start flipping SFH homes in Sonoma County to build up cash reserves then venture into larger commercial properties in the future. My goal is to live entirely off of passive investments in 10 years. I understand that this cannot be achieved on my own which is why I need to surround myself with other like minded individuals who will help me get there. Thank you for your time!

Locate and attend 3 different local REIA club meetings great place to meet people gather resources and info. Here you will meet wholesalers who provide deals and rehabbers (cash buyers). Find them through Google and meetup.com
