Land locked in Little Rock, Arkansas

Hello Everyone,

Excited about beginning another chapter in our life by investing in Real Estate!  My wife and I are currently enrolled in Fortune Builders Mastery Program and we are looking to expand our knowledge and network by enrolling in Bigger Pockets.  Both of us are involved in Scouting and giving back to the community.  We also enjoy sailing, backpacking and boating with our family on our houseboat on Lake Ouachita.  We are currently seeking short term financing that is asset based and collateralized much like the old "stated income" and "no doc" loans.

Cheers!

Barry and Penny
