new member fix and flip
hello my name is patrick and I'm looking to buy my first personal flip and though i have the experience to do the work and the cash to put into it. my sticking point is being self employed and traditional bank loans seem not to be an option. Im interested in learning more about alternative financing for purchase. I am happy to also help any way i can with contractor info building and execperince from rustic to modern. excited to join the community
