Newbie from Bay!
Hello BP Community! I'm very passionate about real estate. I have some experience doing small renovations, tenant improvement (construction) projects in commercial RE, and the most recent as a property manager in residential RE. I took time off for my family and now I'm eager to get back into the area. I'm interested in Fix n Flips, Buy n Hold, and other strategies that will allow me to create sustainable income and grow a business. I'm committed to my success and all the hard but rewarding work that comes with it. I'm not sure where to start exactly.
