I am an investor who has experience in both residential and commercial properties. I have previously owned commercial office properties and 2 self storage properties. Also owned a duplex for a few years that I upgraded; purchased 2 flip properties. I am seeking to invest with others who have s solid successful history of doing flips, but also open to other investment ideas and partnerships.
