Greetings everyone. My name is Chris Mahar and I'm an aspiring RE investor in York County, SC and south Charlotte, NC. My only RE experience is purchasing the two homes I have lived in. I hope to begin my investing journey very soon and love the idea of the BRRRR strategy to build my rental portfolio.
