Newbie from Asheville, NC
Hello! I'm Ashley, I work as a nurse at a hospital in Asheville. As much as I love nursing, I really love the idea of real estate. Especially rehab with cheap real estate.
I have zero experience with investment properties and I have never owned real estate. I was told to check out this site by a friend who recently bought a property here in Asheville and with zero experience renovated the home. He recommended this site with a lot of enthusiasm, so here I am. Ready to learn!
I look forward to learning as much as I can before making such a large purchase and embarking on a renovation adventure. I very much feel like a deer in headlights, but its a challenge I'm ecstatic to take after finding this amazing website.

Ditto Micheal's recommendation on CREIA- it's a great networking setup- really nice, knowledgeable people. I'd also like to offer my help in finding/trading deals- too often I have money to buy with and can't find a good deal, and just as often find two at once and have to let one go. When it rains it pours. I'd like to establish a loosely organized network of buyers who share deals, perhaps with a $2k referral fee, to make sure we're never turning down a good one. :) You can PM me to share contact info, or make a colleage request.
