Hello, My name is Vishni. I am a soon to be retired computer engineer. I am from Raleigh, NC and I have lived all over the east coast and midwest. I will be retiring in a few years. I love the area in east tennessee. Mountain biking, hiking, climate, fishing, boating, peaceful mountains, etc...I hope to retire in an over 55 community in East Tennessee. 

I want to begin investing in rental properties in that area, in preparation for my retirement. I have done preliminary research and I am at the point where I need more insight from folks on the ground. 

I am trying to decide if investing in the retirement rental market will be lucrative, or if I need to look at other price points. 

I would love to network with locals who are experienced in the local market, property and rent values, prop management resources, contractor resources, supply and demand, best targets for high ROI...
