Good morning:
First, I am completely new. I've been renting for 12 years. I have finally decided to get off the wheel. After listening to countless podcasts and reading through this website, I decided it would make better financial sense for me to buy a duplex, live in one side and rent the other part out. If anyone has any general information, tips, anything...I would be completely grateful for all input. Thank you very much and I hope to have an update soon, at least a picture.
