I have run a BMW Specialty service company for the last 30 years. 

So far, I own 7 rental buildings. 2 years ago I committed myself to being a real estate investor. I still run the BMW shop for regular cash flow, I want to fix and flip while acquire rentals...preferably multi units. I would like to work within the Philadelphia area
