Pursuing a lifetime passion
Hello I am Matthew Kalencki, I have been in residential construction in some form or another since I was 8 years old. Growing up my parents always owned and ran some form of residential construction business, from new construction to flipping and remodeling. After attaining my Bachelor’s Degree I started the searcher for my career when I rediscovered my passion in real-estate. I am pursuing a real-estate license to develop a real-estate investment portfolio. I am interested in building my portfolio in Buy and Hold Multi-Family rental property and in Flipping signal family homes.
