Very new to real estate
Hello, I'm Terrance and I've always been interested in trying to build wealth via real estate in Columbus, Ohio. I haven't really delved into the information as of yet, as I'm still at the point of where I need to fix my credit by creating and sticking to a budget, but I plan to use the VA loan to get a fourplex, one that I can live in, and start from there. I really don't know what I can do after that, but I figure this is the best place to start looking around for that information. Anything you can help with would be greatly appreciated. I am interested in multi family/apartment complexes.
