Newbie from Biloxi , MS !!
Hello all! I've used your forum to gain advice over the past couple of years. I also frequent automobile and stereo forums. Since I'm actually flipping houses now I figured it was time to say hello, especially since everyone seems so welcoming.
I'm currently on my 4th flip after starting 9 months ago. It has afforded me a chance to live where all my family and friends are and I couldn't be more excited or grateful. I love to learn and of course make money but more importantly I enjoy the freedom it gives me to spend time with the people that matter to me.
I'm an open book and want to absorb as much wisdom as possible and contribute when I can.
