My name is Mark, and I live in Knoxville.  

I am looking to both learn from, and connect with, other Real Estate professionals in Knoxville, TN.  

My interest is 3 fold: 1) to help others increase their bottom line on their properties [in the form of Home Improvement advice, partnering, or commissions on referrals]; 2) Learn from other professionals about Investing in real estate - multifamily rentals, or possibly single family flipping; 3) To make money investing, either solo or in a group.

Whether you fund [mortgage brokers, hard lenders, investors] the purchase of homes, sell homes [such as agents and brokers], are looking to partner in an investment, I am sure there is a way that we can be of mutual benefit.
