I just found bigger pockets, and have been listening to the podcasts.  I live just north of SF, and am wanting to invest out of state, as right now I don't have enough capitol to really get in the local game.  I am interested in Madison, Milwaukee, and Atlanta.  Can't wait to read everyone's posts and find some deals.
