My name is Ross Kappmeyer, I am a young professional looking to invest in rental properties in the Fayetteville, AR and Austin, TX regions(3bd/2b and duplexs). I am new to the site but an avid podcast listener and have been studying Real Estate for a few years. I have inactive sales agent license in Arkansas, but currently reside in Austin. My goals are to own my first property by the end of this year and own 5 in the next 3 years. With the ultimate goal of financial freedom and holding numerous properties as a full-time investor.
