Welcome Gena B. to BP.

Try to get to some of the local meet ups in the area. Charlotte has several meet ups a week. Just about everyday. Goto meetup.com enter real estate and you will find several. I goto a few of these meet ups a week. There while networking and building relationships you may come across someone who you can learn from. However you must add value to the relationship to find someone willing to invest in you. It doesn't matter what you can add, maybe you have a knack for the Internet or spreadsheets or you may just have time to help out with smaller stuff. Find out how you can help others and then they will help you.

Finally you have BP which is like a giant mentor. You can find out about anything by either searching it or asking a question.

Best of luck to you.
