Advice for First-time Flipper
Hello all,
I am new to BP and will take any advice I can get on living in a flip, how much money I should plan to spend on repair costs in an average flip, and the risks of buying foreclosures or pre-foreclosures. I would also like to know if anyone has good recommendations on first time house flipping books.
