Just getting started.  Been interested in flipping for some time now but trying to make it a reality at this stage in our lives.  Went to one of those Flipping seminars and thankfully we walked away before givin them $3000. for nothing.  Anyone know how we can find lenders?  Have our own home mostly paid just looking to flip starting small.  Thanks!
