New Member from Charleston, WV
I am new to RE Investing, approx 6 months. I am primarily focusing on Wholesaling, but my goal is to get more into fix and flips. I have a mentor with whom I'm working; however, to date, have not completed any deals. I have no extra money as it has all be tied up in education, thus, my thought process to focus on Wholesaling. Any and all advice is welcomed and appreciated.
