New member from Northern California
Hello everyone. I am glad to be on biggerpockets, it is the best thing out there for a newbie like me to learn about RE investing. I am pharmacist by profession for 6 years and have a full time job. I just moved to Cali with wife about 4 months ago. I have owned a home for 4 years and have done a lot of hands on work myself fixing it etc. I have been reading a lot on RE investing and listening to podcasts; trying to educate myself as much as possible. I am interested in buying and hold due to having a full time job but would love to do flips as well. I can be a good handy man for flips. Please share your knowledge with me and help me grow. Anyone looking to do flips, plz reach out to me I live in Hayward,CA but I don't mind driving couple of hours to properties. looking forward to some great ideas and partnerships
