It's about time I did an introduction

Hey Everyone!

Although I'm not exactly new to the BP community, I have never actually done an introduction (not too sure why).

I am living in Edmonton, Alberta where I am in the beginning stages of my Real Estate career / journey.

I am currently starting out as a wholesaler here and once I have some deals under my belt, I want to start flipping my own houses and move up from there. I work a night job as a bartender right now to pay the bills but as soon as I save enough money to keep me afloat for a few months (In case I hit a dry spell) I will be quitting to pursue real estate full time. I have been working on building my wholesaling business for the past 8 months or so and currently have my focus on finding the actual houses as I have already built a pretty decent buyers list.

I'm super exited to learn every possible thing I can about every aspect of real estate. It has always fascinated me since I was very young. I listen to a couple podcasts every day and have already learned so much thanks to BP and can't wait to network with everyone and learn more.

I'm currently looking to get in contact with anyone in Edmonton who would be up to go for a cup of coffee or a beer and let me pick their brain a bit and maybe even talk about how we could work together with each other in the future!
